The absence of a training center that caters to all construction-related trades pushed Primary Structures Corporation to put up its own with the establishment of Primary Structures Educational Foundation, Inc. Its main purpose is to train and certify Filipino builders at par with global standards.Months after its founding, PSEFI became the strongest partner of the government in providing training to construction workers in the Southern Philippines. It works closely with Technical Educational Skills Development Authority (TESDA) the government’s vocational and technical training arm. At present, PSEFI is one of the leading training and certifying institution on technical and vocational courses for construction related trades and the sole training and certifying entity for heavy equipment operations in the country.

In addition to the combo programs, PSEFI created and introduced the 3-Day program to address the employability rate of training graduates. Trainees undergo through 3-Day training at an affordable cost to acquire a specific skill of which they are assured of higher possibility for employment. These programs are all construction related trades excluding HEO training courses.
