SKILLS is pioneering in the implementation of the Joint Delivery Voucher Program (JDVP) partnering with 5 national high schools to date. JDVP is a strategy initiated by the Department of Education to help senior high school students enrolled in Technical Vocational Livelihood (TVL) track gain relevant industry or workplace exposure. Senior high school students enrolled in public schools avail of voucher so they may take their TVL specializations at SKILLS. SKILLS offer holistic technical education in Home Economics and Industrial Arts courses. SKILLS help students earn TESDA NC II, preparing them for employment or entrepreneurship.
