Who We Are
SKILLS is trailblazing in creating shared value to business and society. Its education and training create sustainable employment among out of school youth and adults, unemployed men and women, and differently-abled persons. SKILLS graduates possess the skills and disciplines needed by the construction, tourism, wellness, and maritime industries.
SKILLS is managed by the Primary Structures Educational Foundation, Inc. (PSEFI). Established in 2008, PSEFI is the Corporate Social Responsibility arm of the Primary Group of Builders (PGB).
The operations of SKILLS are accredited by the Department of Education, Technical Education Skills Development Authority, and Maritime Industry Authority. Meanwhile, PSEFI is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and Department of Social Welfare and Development as a non-stock, non-profit organization. PSEFI is accredited by the Philippine Council for NGO Certification as a donee foundation.
